Martha is a Senior Recruiting Specialist at redShift recruiting responsible for introducing exceptional talent to top-notch companies in the Capital District and beyond. She is also responsible for educating clients about redShift’s outstanding capabilities as the premiere technology firm in the area and providing all with exemplary customer service. Prior to joining redShift, Martha spent 8 years with a few local staffing firms where she focused on temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire placement. She provides staffing services for entry level through executive management opportunities throughout the region including engineering, IT, administrative, and more.
