Testimonials
“Dan has a talent of finding and developing talent! I worked for Dan over ten years ago as a Sr Software Developer and he helped to push me to become better at what I did. He understands the technology and unique challenges in that environment and can facilitate drawing out the full potential of those that work with him. He recognizes and cultivates that potential. Recently I had the privilege of working with Dan to find software development candidates in the Capital Region. This can be a challenge, especially with a particularly tight schedule and a tight market in the area. He met with me and quickly understood the environment and the proper candidate we needed. Within days, I had two candidates that met and exceeded my expectations. Within 5 business days of our initial discussion, I had a candidate that matched my criteria and accepted an offer.”
