Dante Prinzo Joins redShift Recruiting

Dante Prinzo, Recruiting Manager, redShift Recruiting Temporary Staffing Division

RedShift Recruiting is excited to welcome Dante Prinzo, a talented recruiter who joins the redShift team as a Recruiting Manager in the Temporary Staffing Division. Dante specializes in assisting clients in finding the best candidates to meet their needs in the constantly changing temporary and temp-to-hire landscape.

Prinzo brings a strong and varied experience in both technology and recruiting. His professional background includes multiple years’ work in student recruitment and partnership development for an online college, as well as strong experience in software sales. The combination of these two areas of expertise make him a perfect fit for redShift, where he is able to use his skills to support candidates and clients as they strive to meet their employment goals. Prinzo holds a BS in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta.

Temporary staffing includes seasonal, project-based, and demand-based staffing needs, and positions often need to be filled quickly to meet fluctuating demand. Due to the nature of temporary work, assignments may end suddenly or a clients’ labor force may need to be increased without warning. Recruiters like Dante must be ready to quickly adjust to the evolving needs of their clients while supporting candidates throughout all stages of the temporary process. Whether a business needs extra hands to get a job done on time, or a specialized skill set to finish a project, it is the temporary recruiter’s responsibility to ensure they have the help they need when they need it.

Temporary positions also carry many benefits for employees, including opportunities to gain experience and learn new skills which will improve their resume credentials and make them more valuable to future employers. A temporary job provides opportunities to network, which lets employees make connections that could help them later in their careers. And although a temp job doesn’t usually turn into a long-term opportunity, it is a good way to earn a fast paycheck and is perfect for those who aren’t ready to commit to a permanent position or who want to pursue other goals or projects when they are between assignments. Dante Prinzo and the rest of redShift’s talented Temporary Division strive to understand job seekers’ needs and personal preferences to help them find a position that will align with their skills and goals while making sure every placement is a good fit for both the candidate and the client.

From finding coverage for employee absences to handling increased consumer demand or an extra project, almost every business can benefit from partnering with a temporary staffing agency.  With the support and expertise of the recruiters at redShift, they can quickly get the help they need to keep their business running smoothly, while avoiding the risks and expenses of direct hires.
